The Pollen Program, implemented by ERA in Brazil’s Cerrado biome, combines agricultural production with environmental preservation through agroforestry, biodiversity protection, and gender equality. By integrating women’s empowerment into forest finance, the project strengthens community resilience with training, cooperative development, and regenerative farming practices. Under the W+ Standard, women reported a 60.64% increase in knowledge and education, alongside measurable gains in leadership and income, advancing both climate solutions and women’s well-being.
